When can I bring my items in?
We buy M-Th 10-6, Fri 10-7, Sat 10-5 & Sun 2-5, no appointment needed. To process buys the same day, we stop buying 1 hour before closing except Saturday when we stop buying at 5pm.
What are the requirements to sell items?
We require a valid form of ID at the time of drop off and pick up. Customers must be 18 years or older.
All clothing must be laundered or cleaned within the prior 7 days, and in excellent condition. Shoes should be clean and in like new condition. Handbags cannot be peeling or stained inside or outside.
Due to increased volume, limit 1 container per person at a time. Container = standard size laundry basket or white trash bag. No containers bigger than an 18 gallon tote/tub (medium). No large tubs, moving boxes, XL IKEA bag (If you can't lift it easily, then it's too big/heavy).
How long will the process take?
Our goal is to process items while you wait. However, it depends on how many buys are in front of you and how big your individual buy is. We process first come/served. You may need to leave your items for a few hours. You will receive a text when your offer is ready.
What brands do you purchase?
Brands that sell well for us are typically women’s fashion mall brands such as (but not limited to) Anthropologie, Free People, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, White House Black Market and GAP. However, we are not limited to just these. We purchase hundreds of other brands every day!
What season are you buying?

How much will I get for my items?
Items that we are able to purchase, based on the guidelines above, will be priced by our computer system at approximately 70% off retail prices and you will receive 20-30% of that as cash ON THE SPOT! We also have the option of Store Credit which is 25% more than the cash offer.
For example, our average price for a long-sleeved top is $14.99 & the seller's portion would be about $3.50 for that top. NWT items are priced slightly more but follow the gently used pricing structure.
