When can I bring my items in?

We buy Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-5 & Sunday 2-5, no appointment needed. Buying Center is closed on Tuesdays.

What are the requirements to sell items?

We require a valid form of ID at the time of drop off and pick up. Customers must be 18 years or older. 

All clothing must be laundered or cleaned within the prior 7 days, and in excellent condition. Shoes should be clean and in like new condition. Handbags cannot be peeling or stained inside or outside.

Limit 3 containers per person/day.  No containers bigger than an 18 gallon tote/tub. No trash bags. No items on hangers. No overflowing containers.

How long will the process take?

Typically, we process items the same day. Often, while you wait. But it depends on how many buys are in front of you and how big your individual buy is.

What brands do you purchase?

Brands that sell well for us are typically women’s fashion mall brands such as (but not limited to) Banana Republic, J. Crew, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, White House Black Market and GAP. However, we are not limited to just these. We purchase hundreds of other brands every day!

What season are you buying?

We purchase all seasons, all year round but right now we are focused on Fall/Winter items. Call the store at 817.514.1700 for additional details about what we’re looking for at this exact moment!

How much will I get for my items?

Items that we are able to purchase, based on the guidelines above, will be priced by our trusted computer system at approximately up to 70% of retail prices and you will receive 20-30% of that cash ON THE SPOT!
