When can I bring my items in?
We buy every day up until closing, no appointment needed.
What are the requirements to sell items?
We require a valid form of ID at the time of drop off and pick up. Customers must be 18 years or older.
All clothing must be laundered or cleaned within the prior 7 days, and in excellent condition.
All items must be in open, hard-sided medium-sized containers. No overflowing containers. NO BAGS OR CLOSED CONTAINERS! NO LARGE TOTES/TUBS!
Limit 3 containers per seller.
How long will the process take?
Typically, 24-48 hours. We do our best to process your items quickly, but it depends on how many buys are in front of you and how big your individual buy is.
NOTE: Due to safety concerns surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we are holding items for 4 hours before processing.
What brands do you purchase?
Brands that sell well for us are typically women’s fashion mall brands such as (but not limited to) Banana Republic, J. Crew, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, New York & Company, White House Black Market and GAP. However, we are not limited to just these. We purchase hundreds of other brands every day!
What season are you buying?

How much will I get for my items?
Items that we are able to purchase, based on the guidelines above, will be priced by our trusted computer system at approximately up to 70% of retail prices and you will receive 20-30% of that cash ON THE SPOT!
