When can I bring my items in?

We buy M-Fri 10-6, Sat 10-5 & Sun 1-5, no appointment needed. To process buys the same day, we stop buying 1 hour before closing.

What are the requirements to sell items?

We require a valid form of ID at the time of drop off and pick up. Customers must be 18 years or older. 

All clothing must be laundered or cleaned within the prior 7 days, and in excellent condition. Items must have full brand and size tags. Shoes should be clean and in like new condition. Handbags cannot be peeling or stained inside or outside.

Due to limited space, limit 2 containers (volume equal to standard size laundry basket or white trash bag ) per person at a time. No large tubs, moving boxes, full black trash bags, XL IKEA bag (If you can't lift it easily, then it's too big/heavy). It’s not a limit per day, just at a time. You may bring in another container when one is picked up. No overflowing containers.

How long will the process take?

Our goal is to process items while you wait. However, it depends on how many buys are in front of you and how big your individual buy is. We process first come/served. You may need to leave your items for a few hours. You will receive a text when your offer is ready.

What brands do you purchase?

Brands that sell well for us are typically women’s fashion mall brands such as (but not limited to) Anthropologie, Free People, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, White House Black Market and GAP. However, we are not limited to just these. We purchase hundreds of other brands every day!

What season are you buying?

Right now we are buying ALL SEASONS. We buy & sell over 1,000 items per week so our needs change frequently. Look at the our current needs above or call the store at 817.514.1700 for additional details about what we’re looking for at this exact moment! We publish a new list every Monday.

How much will I get for my items?

Items that we are able to purchase, based on the guidelines above, will be priced by our computer system at approximately 70% off retail prices and you will receive 20-30% of that as cash ON THE SPOT! We also have the option of Store Credit which is 25% more than the cash offer.

For example, our average price for a long-sleeved top is $14.99 & the seller's portion would be about $3.00 for that top. NWT items are priced slightly more but follow the gently used pricing structure.

We do not buy (don't sell well in our store):

  • Cheap, no brand Amazon items.
  • Items that are excessively wrinkled.
  • Items that are not freshly washed/cleaned, dirty/dusty or with excessive pet/human hair - must be ready for our sales floor
  • Juniors (Forever21, American Eagle, Aerostaple, Ambercrombie, Charlotte Russe), mens, or childrens
  • Formals, furs, vintage items, wedding dresses, lingere, pjs, maternity
  • Items with odors, especially cigarette smoke and moth balls
  • Items missing parts like buttons, belts or tags (tags cut out)
  • Clothing with any visible wear such as fading, pilling, holes, stains or shrinking
  • In order to keep standard sizing, we cannot purchase clothing that does not match the size on the tag. This is the case in many Boutique Brands. (Tag says L but fits a S).
  • Items no longer trending/or purchased more than 2 years (fitted shirts/blazers, cold-shoulder, jeggings, excessively distressed jeans or distressed tops )
  • Personalized/Tourist/Company logo items or out of state sports apparel

SHOES, ACCESSORIES, HANDBAGS

  • Shoes with visible wear like “toe marks”, scuffs, gouges, peeling or staining
  • Shoes that are dirty, dusty or missing shoe laces
  • Shoes with sticky inserts or missing insoles
  • Men’s or youth shoes
  • Handbags with stained lining, worn leather, peeling, wear on the bottom, worn straps, excessively scratched hardware
  • Designer or Luxury Handbags that are fake/duplicate (these are illegal to buy, sell or own)
  • Jewelry that is tarnished or missing stones (including sterling silver – we don’t have time to polish)
  • Watches that are not running – must have a battery
  • Plastic, vintage or out of style jewelry
  • Most “stretchy” rings or bracelets
